There was/a seller »f lliso and Shines at 19s, but no buyer, lalismwi Consolidateds advanced considerably, consequent on the recent declaration of a dividend, and now stand at 10s and 15s buyer and seller respectively. There was no demand for Waihjs, which were offered at £1 14s 6d, and Waihi Grand Junctions were sought at 14s, with a seller at 14s Jd. Union Steams wcro firmly stoadv being offered at £2 5s (ordinarv) and attracting buyers at £2 4s 3d." HuddartJL mkcts (ordinary) were sought at £l 4s 3d, with a, seller at £1 ss. Wcstport Coals are remaining fairly steady, being offered at £1 Is 6d. There was a bnyor of West-port-Stocktons (ordinary) at 6s Sd, but sellers wcro asking 7s 3d. Domin.on Rubbers were m demand at £1 16s 6d, but- no sellers came forward. MXeod Bros. Soap had a buyer at £14 15s. without attracting an offer.
