Each day brings victory to the Entente nearer. RIOTS IN CONSTANTINOPLE. GERMAN OFFICERS BADLY . MAULED. AMSTERDAM, April 19. (Received April 20, at 1.30 a.m.) There was serious rioting at Constantinople last week, marking the return of wounded from Mesopotamia. The mob tlirew missiles on the German officers' quarters, and Turkish women whipped two German officers in the street.
