The Manchester Guardian states that it is_ probable that tho Imperial Conference •will recommend the dominion Governments to hold an Imperial Convention after the war. COUNCILS UNDIVIDED. LONDON, April 16. The Colonial Institute, tho Empire League, and the Victoria League will tender a joint reception to tho overseas delegates at tho Imperial Institute on Tuesday. The addresses of -welcome say : Many .battlefields prove to the world that in fighting to the death the sons of the Empire are not dividod, while the presence of overseas statesmen equally proves that our councils aro undivided. Wβ desire to register'our pride in tho partnership and our confidence in ultimate victory. MB MASSET. LONDON, April 16. Mr Massey has returned from his weekend at Windsor.
