Mr BalsiUie, the wireless expert, states that he has prov ed conclusively that a fall of rain can be stimulated by electrical means. He claims that his experiments have proved that at least 30 per cent, of that stimulation can be maintained. Hβ empliasised that he did not claim to produce rain, but only to stimulate light falls.
