MASKED AND ARMED BURGLARS

(Received Jan. 17, at 8.35 p.m.) Three masked burglars broke into the residence of Walter Kelly, a bookmaker, at Mosman, and assembled the nightclotlied family at the revolver's point in a bedroom. One of the burglars guarded them, with threats to shoot at the slightest movement, while the others ransacked the house. They secured £300, the takings at Saturday's races, and £270 of hoarded gold. They then escaped without leaving a clue.
