HOLMES FEATHERS. WON BY DUNEDIN. ' Tho final round of the first competition was played on the Caledonian Green on Thursday evening between tho Dmnedin and St. Kilda Clubs, and attracted a large number of bowlers. The rain that had fallen earlier in tho day had made tho <rreen a little heavy, nevertheless some fine fowling was witnessed. At the end of the sixth head Dunedin had scored 6 points and St. Kilda 5. At the fourteenth head tho score was • Dunedin 17, St. Kilda 7. St. Kilda then put on 5 and 3 in successive hoads. On tho twentieth head Dunedin had 22 to their credit and St. Kilda 20.
