NEW SOUTH WALES PERTURBED. fr«a» A ■•ociation —By Tslejraph—Copyright. SYDNEY, September 3. Mr Nielsen, New South Wales Trade Commissioner to America, has written to Mr Holman pointing out that the commonwealth, New Zealand, and other possessions in the Pacific are described in the monthly summary of the commerce of the United States uiider the heading " British Oceania." He adds that it is somewhat irritating to find that a political entity like the commonwealth is submerged in such a title.
