Grigg, Methodist minister at Leeston," received it telegram on- Tuesday (says the Christchurch Press), stating that a substitute was required for Chaplaincaptain Luxford, who has been wounded at tho Dardanelles and asking if ho would accept tho appointment. Mr Grigg has replied in the affirmative. We have received from Mr H. E. C. Robinson, of Sydney, a map of the war zone, in which the countries of the Allies and of tho enemy belligerents are respectively shown in uniform ooloure.
