LONDON, September 3. (Received Sept. 3, at 10.20 p.m.) For the week ended September 1 there were 1353 arrivals and departures at and from England. Three were sunk aggregating 6757 tons. TWO MORE VICTIMS. LONDON, September 3. (Received Sept. 3, at 11.30 p.m.) The steamers Whitefield (2422 tons) and Savona (1180 tons) were sunk by submarines. Three of the latter's crew perished. . .
