Money orders for placen within the dominion close one hour before advortised time of closing letter mails. Money orders for ploocs beyond the dominion for despatch by the North or South Exprees close at 4 p.m. the previous day. The late fee is Id in addition to ordinary postage. Tlio late-feo box on Second North Express is available for letters only. Registered mails close one hour before advertised time of closing ordinary mailß.
