tONDON, July 9. Best wools are firm. Shabby crossbreds are slow and somewhat irregular. The following prices were received for the fleece portions of the clips named: — Teviotdale, top 18£ d, average 18£dj Leslie Hill, 18d to 16id; Omarama, 14d to 12£ d. At the wool sales merinos and fine crossbreds fully maintained their prices, and crossbreds met with occasional -withdrawals. The bales catalogued numbered 82,569, and 78,490 were sold. The following price was realised Anchor (top), 17id, average 17d.
