The ranlall tor the last week was 47 points; for the month 103 points. Ruin fell on six days. The rainlall for the year is 733 poiuts. Frost was registered on tho 41 h. There was tine spring weather. The rain last week brightened things up, and tho trees are coining into blossom in places. LAUDER, Soptcmbcr 4. Tlic rainfall registered here for 24 hours ended 9 a.m. on August 31 was 97 points. Forty-two points fell on the Ist of this month, when there was a nice, warm rain. The r.ainfall for August was 2.19 in. The rainfall for tho year ending August 31 was 25.88 in. The winter has been the best for years, and just now the grass is coming away fast.
