j PROTEST BY HOROWHENUA CLUB (Pea United Pbes's Association.) WELLINGTON, July 14. s A deputation representing the Horo whenua Racing Club waited on the Hon D. Buddo to-day to protest against till proposed extinction of the club as recom mended by the Racing Commission.
