LONDON, July 13. The Triah Nationalists are asking Mr Lloyd George to concede a separate Irish insurance fund with separate commissioners ;ind separate administration. They ask afeo for the elimination of medical benefit, smaller contributions by employers and employed, and that the minimum membership of an approved society be 500.
