HELSINGFORS, February 7. Tho ice floe which, with its inhabitants, was carried away by a gale is stranded near the island of Seibkar. Despite tho fact that the temperature is 18 degrees below zero, tho fishermen refuse to abandon their huts and horses, and also an extraordinarily fine catch of fish. Their position is not dangerous at present.
