PRAISE FOR MR CHAMBERLAIN. Press Association-By Telegraph-Copyright. LONDON, April 25. Speaking at the luncheon given by the Lord Mayor of Birmingham, Sir G. Reid paid a great tribute to Mr Chamberlain for infusing a new spirit into the Colonial Office. Sir George also discussed the potentialities of the State, enlarging upon the text that the opportunities afforded the individual were of ultimate benefit to the community.
