MR WRAGGE'S FORECASTS.
(Pm Ukiteii Press Association.) WOODVILLE, May 19, Mr Clement L. Wragge's latest report says that tint Antarctic disturbance named "Massey," first advised on May 8 when off Capo Lctiwin, is now influencing the Dominion, and especially the central and southern parfs. Heavy" sqmills from between west and south arc sure to be experienced, especially along the seaboard, with much rain and probable local flooding in the .Middle Island. "Massey" will yet operate for a few days, and' is followed by a disturbance named " Carroll." which is duo at tho end of May, or early in dune. Minor shipping is especially advised.
