There are few persons who enjov the distinciion of haviiiir 132 descendants living in New Zealand, but this is the «i?e of Mrs M'Lellan. of this citv, wile of the late Mr James M'Lellan, who was also a resident, of Auckland. Mrs M'Lellan. who is now j„ her 96 t h war. arrived in this ,-ity with her late 'husband from Glasgow in the Jane Clifford 67 years ago. and has ever since resided here. Mrs M'Lellan has reared nine children, the eldest of whom is herself » grandmother, whilst (he voungest is Mm A. M.
