At the City Police Court vesterdav John Henry U'Ullog was charged with'failing to return to the Dunedin Highland Kitles, on In* ceasing to belong to that oompanv certain uniforms and aecoimtrements. His rifle and bayonet, had Iveu reco\ered by the corps from the woman who held them, but not the uniforms. Vlts, pouches, -no, though these had been demanded re poatedly.
