CHAMBER OF COMMERCE
The monthly meeting of the Chamber of Commerce Committee, held yo-iterday, was attended by Messrs D. Ml'herson "(pwsident), N. Salmon, \V. Cow, .1. W. lienton, and C. Morris. The resignation of 'Mr Thomas tlloudining as a member of tlw committee was received, and accepted with regrot.

A letter from the secretary of the Wcllingfon GliaJilbcr of Commerce was received covering resolutions of the lata conference with referouc* to the proposed federation, will the adoption of uniform trade terms — Tho proposals were discussed, and further consideration of the same wa-s held over till next meeting.
