SCHEME FOR CONCENTRATED ACTION. Press Association—By Telegraph—Copyright, LONDON, February 28. At a conference in Cork of Irish Nationalists, Mr William O'Brien, M.P., presiding, it was decided to found, in a spirit of the broadest toleration for Ireland, a league to aim at uniting all classes of irishmen, with a concentrated movement to obtain a measure of self-government, and to promote other projects.
