A FAMILY DISPUTE.

Augustus bajigaiiey appeared at the Police Court this morning on a charge of using behaviour whereby a breach of the peace might have been' occasioned. The evidence showed that the accused lived with his wife at Carterton. Owing to a difference the wife came (<t Wellington. .Lhe accused followed, and met her in Sydney street, acconi>a!iieu Ijy her brother and sister. The brother threatened to strike liaygaiiev, and the hitter drew a loaded revolver and threatened to shoot him and take his own life. Counsel for accused said that the dispute had been lixed up, and the parties intended to live together again. A' fine of 20s was imposed, and the accused was bound over to keep the peace towards his bioth/'T-ir.-luw fat; 4s mouths.
