HOURS OF DUTY. (Per United Phkss Association.) CHRTSTCHURCII, May 13.' In an appeal case, hoard in Banco today, Mr Justice Deimieton said tint, a liotolkeeper was bound to give a night porter a half-holiday once a week, from 2 p.m. to midnight. Tho offset of tho decision is that on one day in tho week a hotel niijlit porter will report, for duty at midnight instead of at 10 p.m., the usual hour.
