LONDON, May 12. The Scottish Miners' Federation, numbering 80,000, has decided to join the Labour party.

The TTabour party, which is the name of the organisation which is now represented in the House of Commons by 30 members, represents 993,338 workers, of whom 975,182 are trades tinionisl« and 2271 co-operators. This party is not a Socialist body, though many of its members arc Socialists.
