The ranger happened to bo passing at tho time, and ho threatened to unyoitc the here* and impound it. Mr Hollyer asked, whether the ranger hedsuoh power. The board expressed tiho opinion that the ranger had not such power, and tho dork was instructed to write the rang«r on the rnattor as-king for an explanation.
