Y.M.C.A. BUILDING CAMPAIGN.
£9221 6s lOd COLLECTED TO DATE. The campaign was prosecuted with unflaging vigour yesterday, and the spirit of emulation is now fairly aroused. Tho collectors arc meeting with the greatest encouragement. Tlio directors of the Union Steam Ship Company havo maintained the reputation of the company by making a handsome donation of £500. The promoters aro hopeful that other similar donations aro waiting, and are sanguine that tho publio will ennblo them to reach the goal to which they aspire. The fund now stands as follows:—
Oi tlio total sum the yonng men havo collected £2074 14s 4d. Tho leading teams at; present are:—H team, £480 7s; A team, £236 13s 6d; I tca.m, £222 14s 6d.
