AN ECHO PROM THE ISLANDS.
A MissioKam Praises Zam-Bok Baw,
Tho following interesting letter from Missionary Brother Alphonsus, S.M., of St. Ann's College, Talcsi, Yavau, Tonga, a proup of islands in the broad Pacific, setting forth the manner in which Zam-Buk Balm is pursuing its healing mission among tho natives, fittingly illustrates tho wonderful soothing, antiseptic, and healing powers which Zam-Buk alone possesses, and the advisability of always keeping a pot handy in the home for the ready treatment of all injuries, 'diseases, and disorders of the ekin. Brother Alphonsua says: "Wheii I received tho pot of Zam-Buk Balm from you I was suffering from an ugly gaeh on my ankle, which was very painful and caused my leg to swell up to tho knee. I tried different remedies, but nono of them did tho wound any good, so I resolved to .give Zam-Buk a trial. Upon applying the Balm to the wound tho pain and burning eensation left it. After threo applications of Zam-Buk Balm, not only had tho wound on my ankle closed, but all the swelling had entirely dieappearod. Again: I dressed an old running ulcer on tho ehin of ono of tho natives here, who for the past 10 years had tried all kinds of European and nativG remedies, but without avail. Zam-Bnk Balm, however, has given tho poor native great relief, stopped tho running, and about half an inch of the wound has already healed perfectly. Tho nntivea say: ' Zam-Buk koo faitoo mana' — i.e., ' Zam-Buk is a miraculoiie medicine- (or ointment).' I can safely say that Za-m-Buk succeeds where every other kind of healing balm fails. Yon aro at liberty io uso this unsolicited testimonial for the benefit of fellow-sufferere." Tho purity and efficacy of Zam-Bujc Balm ig known the world over. For tho skin troubles or everyday lmrte of infancy and ago this ideal healing balm is natural and never-failing.
