WELLINGTON TRAMWAYS.
(Pes United Press Association.) WELLINGTON. August 29. Tho City-Council to-night referred to tho Tramways Committee an offer from 'Mr Archibald Hal!, for many years manager of the old liorso trams, lo lease the whole of the council's electric tramways for 21 years. Mr Hall offers £40,000 per annum, plus 3d per month per car mile for (ho supply of power.
