(Per Umtsd Press Association.) AUCKLAND, August 16. Tho executive of t.fco Auckland A. and P. Association to-day' ; had licforo it a Koommondation from a sub-commitlee in !regr.rd to harbo'ir board reprcfentation. The recommendation provided for more general representation, making; a total of 17 members. It wig also suggested that tho. mode of cleotion should be. similar to that adopted for tho Education Board. Tho proposals wcro unanimously carried, and tho recommendations ordered to be sent to tho Government.
