A ROYAL COMMISSION TO BE SET UP. • WELLINGTON, July 8. It lias been definitely decided by tne CoYernment to set up a Royal Commiseior to inquire into tho shipping of wet woo, and flax, and tho causes of tho recent fire; on board steamers. The Premier's rccom mendations in this direction wore discureed by tile Cabinet and approved. It has not yet been decided when the commission wil) commence its labours.
