"2, at 10.30 p.m.) Mr Coglilon, Government statistician, goes to England to reorganise the Agentgoneral's department, aiid will afci as general representative of the State in London, receiving £600 in addition to his present salary. When the reorganisation is effected lie will act as both Agent-general and commercial agent at a salary of £1500. The sstlary of the two officers is now £2320. Mr Cogltlaii's appointment is temporary, pending the appointment of a .High Commissioner.
