The programmo which i"! to be given is sure to meet with tho approval of the general public. It is the intention of tho various bands to march from different piirts of the city in the evening and muster in front of tho theatre, whero they will together play a march; and as it is not often that the public hear the massed bands playing, this item should be of special interest. Tjie tickcts for the concert aro going off freely, ami may be had from any of the principal shops in tho city, besides members of tho committee.
