Mr BajTicr, boot manufacturer in the building, had hie stock insured for £300 in the Phenk office. The fire started in the -portion: occupied by Mr Eayner, whoso employees , left tlm building ■at mooih, Mr Bsdger had a (printing plant and bindery in connection with his edition of the New 'Zealand ■ Statutes. This has been damaged by water, as also have portions of the Statutes. ,
