J. J. Dixon v. Thos. H. Lewis.—Claim £3 15s, for goods supplied.—Judgment by default, with costs.
Edward A. Smith v. Charles E. Twining. Claim £20 7s lid, on a judgment summons.— Mr Calvert appeared for plaintiff, and defendant did not answer to his name.—His Worship made an order for the payment of the amount in four monthly instalments—three of £5, and the fourth of .£5 7s lid;—in default, 11 days' imprisonment. . Benjamin Harvey v. John Dennison.—Claim £3 15s, for rent due.—Mr Wilkinson appeared for plaintiff, and defendant admitted the debt. —His Worship entered up judgment accordingly for the amount claimed, with costs.
