Daily Times Office, Tuesday evening. i The amount of revenue received at the custom house to-day on goods cleared. for consumption was £1999 5s 7d. / . ■ At the Gore sales 4000 sheep: were yarded. There was a/good demand all through the sale, especially for hoggets, which brought 8s to 9s for best, 6s 6d to 7s 6d for medium, and 4s to 6s for culls, good breeding ewes up to 11s; full-mouthed do, 8s to 9s; half-fat wethers, 11s to 12s; prime fat, 125.6 dto 13s Bd. Fortyfour cattle were yarded. There was a .poor demand. Small steers brought £2 7s 6d; dairy cows, £3 10s to £i 10s; fat cows, £4 to £5. ' . • : .
