TO THE EDITOIt. 1 Sir,—Will Mr Proctor, secretary of the above company, kindly explain his extraordinary conduct in not calling a general meeting and submitting the balance sheet to the shareholders this year. It is now over 16 months sinco the last meeting was held, and I think it is about time that the shareholders were made acquainted_ with the management of this truly mysterious company.—l am, etc., An Unfortunate Shareholder.
