A deputation from the- Victoria College Council waited on the. Premier this morning, and asked that the Mount Cook Prison buildings or the Girls' High School should be* given as an endowment for the university buildings. Mr Seddon said that something should and would be done, for the university in the matter of building accommodation, and he suggested a choice being made from the following; the Tinakori road Ministerial residence, the Museum, . the Mount Cook Prison, and the Girls' High School. Eventually it was decided to inspect these four sitesj with a view to a ! selection being made from them. • J
