SYDNEY, August 19. Justice A. H. Simpson replaces the late Mr Justice Manning as Chief Judge in Equity. Mr Walker, Queen's Counsel, lias been raised to the bench, and succeeds Mr Justice Simpson in the bankruptcy division.
