CHINA AND JAPAN.

The New York World states that China has been informed by Japan of the terms of peace which have been negotiated through the United States Ministers in Tokio and Pskin, and that she has declared her willingness to accept them.

March 12. Princß Ting lost another thousand men daring the retreat from Newchang.
The Japanesa attacked and defeated a body cf 7000 Chinese at Dsnshodai, near Kitiching, 1400 baing killed.
China is willing to agree to the independence cf Corea, to cade territory, and to pay a money indemnity.
