A FENIAN PLOT.

(Received November 29, at'lo;is a.m.) Two Fenians named Sheridan and Reid were arrested in Dublin on a charge oi drunkenness. Reid was released, but tht same evening he was shot dead by hii comrades, who feared that he had divulged seme of the secrets of tbe Order. Sheridan when arreEted was in possession of detonators, which ha had attempted tc explode in Tyrone place. The police declare that Reid was connected with the formei explosions iv Dublin. '■•■'• In consequence of the discoveries the guards over the public buildings have been doubled. There is great excitement ii] Dublin. John Mearns has been taken into custody on a charge of murdering Riid, and it is expected that other arrests will shortly be made. Mearns left Dublin af t er the Exchange Court explosion, and only recently returned from America. (Received November 30, at 0.50 a.m.) Farther discoveries of explosives are being made in Dublin.
