Sydney, October 20. (Received October 20, at 11 30 a.m.) The Postmaster-general has received another communication from the Postmaster-general of New Zealand, in which the latter still urges New South Wales to contribute LSOOO towards the San l'rancisco mail service, but gives no information as to what New Zealand is doing in the way of subsidy, or whether New South Wales is expected to pay the whole of it. In view of the prospect of the Imperial Government recousideriug their decision in the matter, Mr Kidd feels inclined to wait until they have decided.
