Imported fruit—Oranges (scarce), 8s ; lemons, 12s; cherries, 8d ; plums, 3s to ss; apples, 5s to (is ; prime Auckland apples, 3d lb ; pineapples (scarce), os to Bs. The past week has been an exceedingly busy one. Teviot fruit— for which we are sole agents—is coming forward in large quantities. 'We have taken into store since last Monday over five tons of it, and with the exception of that received late to-day, have sold it all at fair prices. We have made such arrangements for the coining season that wo can absolutely guarantee a ready sale for all stone fruit consigned to us.
