Mr Wilkinson appeared on behalf of Mr R. C. Moore, a creditor; and Mr Mouat for the bank--1 The' Baukrupt, examined on oath, said to went bankrupt four years ago in Oamaru. He had not yet received his discharge from teat bankruptcy. Ho was also bankrupt before this about three years, when ho.got his a'scharge. He carried on business ■to Oamaru till 1885. Since then he hid worked when he could get work, but had been 12 months out of work. _ To Mr Wilkinson :My w»geH went topay for • housekeeping and' illness in my family. ■ Idid not spend more than Is a week mdnnk. ,Ih»ve a wife and three children.
