. London, November 10. (Received November 20, at 2.30 p.m.) At/a meeting of the colonial Agentsgeneral to-day a communication was received from the Prince of Wales stating that the committee had decided against reopening the Colonial Exhibition, and against the dispersal of the exhibits ihere. He further announced that the foundation stone of the Imperial Institute would be laid next year.J
