The Corporation of the City of Dublin has voted the freedom of the city and a sword to General Sir Garnet Wolseloy. Prince Nikita, of Montenegro, has been invited to attend the Czar's coronation, and will be present. The Austrian Government, having in mind the action of Russia and Montenegro in regard to the late insurrection in the Danubiau Principalities, seems inclined to bitterly resent this invitation.

A large Radical meeting in London, has .strongly deprecated the introduction of Chinese.
