(Received September 23rd, 18S2, at 1 a.m.) It has been discovered that a plot has re cently been formed among the adherents of the Albanian League to attack and massacre all the Christians of Scutari, a town in the south of Albania. The conspiracy waa detected, and a number of arrests have been made.

A mass meeting of extreme Radicals has been held in Westminster, when resolutions wore passed calling on the (government to prevent the introduction of Chinese labour.
The Czar has been received with the utmost enthusiasm oi route to Moscow, and it is believed that his coronation will take place there almost immediately.

Tho consignment of ostrich feathers per steamer Liguria has been received in excellent condition, and has realised very high prices.
The report of the Jurors at the Bordeaux Exhibition on tho samples of New South Wales wines is very satisfactory.
The War Office has consented to Lieutenant Jervois accepting the adjutancy of the Defence Force at Adelaide.

The Corporation of the City of Dublin has voted the freedom of the city and a sword to General Sir Garnet Wolseloy. Prince Nikita, of Montenegro, has been invited to attend the Czar's coronation, and will be present. The Austrian Government, having in mind the action of Russia and Montenegro in regard to the late insurrection in the Danubiau Principalities, seems inclined to bitterly resent this invitation.
A large Radical meeting in London, has .strongly deprecated the introduction of Chinese.
