News has been received that a mitn named O'Brien has surrendered himself to the British authorities in Vcnezuola, South America, and has'confessed to having been a party in tho murder of Lord Frederick Cavendish and Mr Burke. He has furthor disclosed the names of his accomplices in the crime.
Consols have further declined to 99^. New Zealand securities remain at yesterday's quotations. Wheat is quiet at 52a for Adolaido and 50s for New Zealand, ex store.
