Mr John Bathgatc, in an address to the clectois ol Koslyn, which is advertised this morning, announces himself as a candidate for that constituency. Mr Tolc has announced himself for Eden, Auckland. Mr S. P. Andrews, M.H H., has addressed the electors ot Christchureh North and received a vote ol confidence.
