Melbourne, December 30th. The following further Bcratchings for the Champion Stakes have been posted: — Rapid Bay, First Water, Moonbeam, Rothschild, Monaco, Totalisator. It ia expected that Grand Flaneur, Progress, Sweetmeat, and Wellington will be the only starters. The following team will play the Australian Eleven on Saturday :—Messrs Campbell, Cooper, Evans, Elliott, M'Kay, Tindall, Garrett, D. Gregory, Horan, Massie, Midwinter; emergency, A. Gregory.
