UUNEDIN GAS WORKS. IN consequence of a slight misunderstand* ing between the City Council and the Proprietor of the Duncdin Gas Works, he feels it due to the Citizens to intimate to them that he has no intention of departing from the promise previously made, to the effect that for three years, from the Ist of March last, the price of Gas to all Consumers paying their rates before the 15th of each month should not exceed 12a 6d per 1000 cubic feet.
