The mast powerful battleship in the world, is being built, at. Walker-on--I'yne lor an umiamed foreign nation. It. is G2O -feet long and ninety-four feet wide. The tonnage is 30,500, and the vessel will be armed with eight 10-inch guns, fourteen 6-inch guns, and ten J-ineh gnus. It will have two torpedo tubes and 13i-ineh armor plate.
